With only 5 weeks notice, Access Displays Limited was asked to design and build an exhibition stand for the leading tourism show, World Travel Market 2007, taking place at the ExCel Centre in London.

In September 2007 a meeting was scheduled with existing client, Noma Lites Limited, to review their 2007 exhibition activity and take a brief for their 2008 requirements.

Stand Size: 56sq. metres (8m x 7m, open on 3 sides)
The client first came into contact with Access Displays while dressing their shell scheme stand at an earlier show. An Access Display installation crew was working at an adjacent stand and an immediate rapport was established. Following subsequent meetings with the Project Management Team, a brief for a new custom built stand was developed.

Lynda Bailey, Marketing Manager for Lloyd's Register, first contacted Access Displays in April 2008 through the 'Design Shop' website (a dedicated site for Access Displays’ custom built exhibition stands). Following conversations between Lynda and Access MD, Neil Brown, a briefing document was received.

From the initial contact in 2006, Access Displays has built a strong relationship with the client. Originally a general enquiry was received to produce a stand for the 'Local Authority Caterers Association' show, at the Hilton Metropole Hotel. The client was looking for a custom built approach within a shell scheme environment. Flexibility was paramount as a multi - show annual programme was planned.

Committed to exhibiting at the event, OCEAN Independence had been let down by a number of contractors, associated with the show, and time was running out! A contact from former client, Cavendish White (now incorporated within OCEAN Independence), suggested they call Access Displays for help.
