We prefer to have a face to face meeting before we commit to putting an exhibition stand design proposal together, but most overseas customers prefer to complete this exhibition stand design brief form. It is a useful starting point for our team of stand designers who will make contact with you if they need additional information about your exhibition stand. It is always useful to have your web address and corporate or product brochures so that we can research your company and get an understanding of the style that would be appropriate.
Most exhibition contractors charge similar daily rates for build and installation so it’s the exhibition stand design that makes the difference. The more we understand your requirements, the better the stand design will be and hopefully that will be reflected in the revenue and interest you receive at the show.
All designs are protected under the copyright act and belong to Access Displays Ltd until the stand is purchased. The normal lead time for visuals is 7-10 days dependent on the level of work. Graphic design is not included.
