Exhibition Stand Storage Management

We have many clients that use Access Displays as their global exhibition contractor and stand builder. But what happens to their stands when they are not being used?

We manage a 40,000 sq ft warehouse that is both water proof, insured, dry and secure. Each client’s stand is carefully wrapped in cling film, recorded and stored in the most cost effective way possible. We do charge for storage but this is just a nominal amount to help cover some of the costs.

We have the space and the expertise to store your exhibition stands in safety and security. Any necessary repairs can be taken care of between shows, so your investment is fully looked after until it is set to work again.

If you are hiring all or part of your exhibition stand we do not charge for storage.

If you no longer wish to store your stand and want to dispose of it we will make every effort to resell it on your behalf. If this is not an option then we will provide a quotation for scrapping it.
