We are very different to most companies in the field of exhibition project management in that our team understand that exhibiting is just part of our customers overall marketing strategy. Our exhibition stand designs and methods are sympathetic to different budgets, industries and an ever increasing global market place.

How we work

Once you have appointed us as your exhibition builders you will be given a dedicated exhibition project manager who will take complete ownership of your exhibition design and build programme taking care of project management.

This means working out a critical path spread sheet that allows them to see the key dates that need to be met in order to deliver your stand on time and within budget.

This includes completing and submitting all of the exhibition forms that are in the exhibitor manual on your behalf. We will highlight any date that looks like it wont be met and point out the consequences of missing these dates.

For example, as part of our exhibition project management remit, we need to complete and supply an electrical order form, and a drawing to the exhibition organiser by a certain date stipulated in the exhibitors manual. This will show how much power we need and where we want each socket placed. This will then allow the exhibition organisers electrical contractors to wire up the stand space well in advance of us turning up to lay the platform or floor. It is easy for us to calculate this for our exhibition stand lighting or audio visual equipment, but imagine if we are waiting for electrical information from you about your most important product that you want placed on the stand. If we submit the electrical forms late you will be penalised for late booking by the show organisers in the way of a surcharge that could be as much as 100%. Similarly imagine what would happen if the exhibitions stand was built and you suddenly turn up with a product wanting us to wire it up so you can demonstrate it on the stand. This could be a disaster as we might need to remove the carpet, lift the floor and get an electrician to wire up the stand. Our dedicated exhibition project manager will work with you to avoid these kinds of situations from arising.

Another potential problem area is graphics. Imagine that we inform you that we need 5 working days to print your exhibition stand’s graphics panels. We have given you the sizes and we know where they are going to be positioned on the exhibition stand but there is a delay in getting artwork from you. Will there be time to print them? Will the additional time pressure give you a chance to proof read them before we print?

Exhibiting is stressful enough so we can do without these sorts of problems. Our exhibition project manager will work closely with you to make sure everything is planned, checked and confirmed and re checked.

Unlike any other business we have an immoveable deadline. If your exhibition opens at 9am on Monday morning its no use us saying sorry we can do Tuesday!
