Case Study - Lloyd's Register
Exhibition: 'Innotrans' 2008
Venue: Berlin, 23-26 Sept. 08
Stand Size: 55sq. metres (10.5m x 5m, open on 3 sides)
Lynda Bailey, Marketing Manager for Lloyd's Register, first contacted Access Displays in April 2008 through the 'Design Shop' website (a dedicated site for Access Displays' custom built exhibition stands). Following conversations between Lynda and Access MD, Neil Brown, a briefing document was received.
Brief:The theme was to reflect Lloyd's Register's start, in the 1700's, as a coffee shop, but presented in a warm and modern way. The stand would need to be both dynamic and inviting, with catering facilities available and suitable seating throughout.
Three ideas were presented to the Lloyd's Register marketing team, each incorporating appropriate finishes and colour schemes, to create a light and relaxed environment. After making the requested modifications, the proposals were re-submitted for main board approval.
Preferred design chosen by client
