Background:

The client first came into contact with Access Displays while dressing their shell scheme stand at an earlier show. An Access Display installation crew was working at an adjacent stand and an immediate rapport was established. Following subsequent meetings with the Project Management Team, a brief for a new custom built stand was developed.

Brief:

Access Displays was asked to create a modern, well lit stand with traditional features, having a warm, welcoming and homely feel. The client's two companies would be represented, separated by a clear divide, with adequate wall space and corner features, integrated to provide product display areas, throughout.

Pitch:

Warm, neutral colours were proposed, with an overall paint finish and wood effect floor, to give the stand a comfortable and traditional feel. Open box style corner displays were chosen to provide interesting product areas, to draw visitors into the stand, while strong but friendly company branding was suggested, at the reception area, to provide a welcoming focal point.

Result:

The stand was very successful in portraying the client as a fresh, exciting and contemporary card and gift company. This was reflected in the number of orders written during the show and the positive comments received.

"It has been a real pleasure working with the Access Displays team throughout the design and build process. The onsite team were especially helpful during the build and breakdown, which is an added bonus at a tense time. Hopefully, with regard to future trade shows we can work together again with the same success."
