Health & Safety and security are no problem - tools can be left out and they will not moved.
Parking is at the back of the hall.
You will need to take all the electrical wire, plugs etc with you as only a live wire coming out of the ground is provided.
Lovely venue, however security is very tight, allow more time than usual to build stands.
